Passion became obsession and took me on a year-long journey traveling through India, Nepal and Thailand. The Skinny Chef PDX is my love child, born out of the pandemic. What started as a separate food-driven Instagram account quickly grew into a one-woman catering operation.
I specialize in globally inspired cuisine rooted in Pacific Northwest seasonality. With over a decade of experience, we strive to create detail-driven dining experiences that feel personal and elevated.
